Ragat Shan was the leader of the Steel Axe orc tribe, but upon returning from battle, he found his home in ashes and his tribe destroyed by a dragon. Consumed by grief, he left his homeland to seek revenge. Surviving a deadly encounter, Ragat became a dragon hunter: his axe is a terror to monsters, and his mission is to protect the weak.

Ragat Shan deals massive targeted damage using marks. His strikes also allow the orc to restore his own health. In addition, Ragat Shan encourages the vampirism of his allies.
