Ragat Shan, former leader of the Steel Axe orc tribe, lost his home and clan to a dragon. Surviving a deadly battle, he became a hunter of flying serpents. Now he roams the world as a terror to dragons and the last shield for those who cannot defend themselves against winged monsters.
