Darkest AFK Content Creator Program

Dear Travelers!

We are happy to announce that we are launching the Darkest AFK content creator program. The participation gives you an opportunity to display your creative work, develop your art and social media skills, attract more subscribers to your community as well as regular weighty creator rewards for your effort.

Who is the Content Creator Program meant for?

Have you ever wanted to influence a gaming community and collect its reactions and comments on your unique content? Then this is your chance! If you have a themed gaming YouTube channel, Instagram account, Reddit fan page, etc., or if you go in for making videos, pictures, memes or texts, then we will be incredibly happy to see you in our program.

What will we expect from you?

We are looking forward to seeing original content such as videos, streams, fan social media communities, drawings, pictures, memes and texts related to Darkest AFK.

Here are some ideas in detail:

  • videos and streams reviewing our updates, in-game activities and events, playthroughs;
  • Darkest AFK gaming communities on platforms like Instagram, Discord, Facebook, Reddit and so on. They can be local communities that use your native language for free communication and duplicating official posts for players who do not speak English. Or they can be specific world-wide communities. You can organize activities such as contests and giveaways with prizes for your community to grow. Also, you can review Darkest AFK on your gaming YouTube, Twitch or TikTok channel if you already review other games;
  • pictures that you can design using our game assets to publish in your communities or ours for everyone to see and admire. Drawings in pencil, brush or digital are very welcome as well. Our official community loves memes and fun visual jokes too, so if you are a comedian, we are waiting for you;
  • texts are needed for two directions: guides and tips for new content (especially for Drifter of Times adventures) as well as stories and descriptions for our official Wiki Fandom page which is being developed at the moment.

What do we offer you?

How can I join the program?

You can fill out the form for Content Creators.

After we receive your application, our creator manager will contact you.

It is very important to double check your Discord nickname or social media profile link that you have left in the application. It may take up to 7 days for us to follow the links you left and view the content.

We will contact you after we see the content. In case the decision is positive, you will be added to the special channel on Discord where we discuss the cooperation details.

Can I leave the Darkest AFK Content Creator Program?

Yes, you can leave the program if you wish. This will stop the regular creator rewards, access to the Darkest AFK visual assets and gift codes. If you want to leave the program only for a while, let the community manager know about it. We will be looking forward to seeing you again.

Terms of agreements and Privacy Policy of the game

We highly recommend you read the Terms and Conditions of Darkest AFK and the Privacy Policy.

The levels of cooperation with video content creators are described below:

We have 3 cooperation levels with content creators. All the content described in the table must be related to Darkest AFK. You can choose one or several activity types among the four from the list describing the levels below:

Apprentice
  • under 500 subscribers on your video channel and at least 1 video/stream per month;
  • under 500 subscribers in your social media community and at least 1 activity and/or 2 translated official posts per month;
  • at least 2 designed pictures using assets and/or 1 drawing and/or 4 memes per month;
  • at least 1 text and/or guide per month.
Adept
  • from 500 to 1000 subscribers on your video channel and at least 2 videos/streams per month.
  • from 500 to 1000 subscribers in your social media community and at least 2 activities and/or 4 translated official posts per month;
  • at least 4 designed pictures using assets and/or 2 drawings and/or 8 memes per month;
  • at least 2 texts and/or guides per month.
Master
  • 1000 subscribers and more on your video channel and at least 2 videos/streams per month.
  • 1000 subscribers and more in your social media community and at least 3 activities and/or 4 translated official posts per month;
  • at least 6 designed pictures using assets and/or 3 drawings and/or 10 memes per month;
  • at least 3 texts and/or guides per month.
Additional Video Content Requirements

If you want to participate in our program, then your videos/streams must meet our requirements. Please read this text carefully:

  • You must be over 16 years;
  • You must have your own account on any platform (YouTube, Twitch, etc.);
  • You must include the full name of Darkest AFK in your video titles and descriptions;
  • Your videos/streams must have a high quality image and sound;
  • Videos and streams must be your own original work;
  • Your videos must be at least 2 minutes long;
  • Your streams must be at least 45 minutes long;
  • Your videos and streams must not contain the following content: adult content (for example, nudity, depictions of sex, etc.), sexism, violence and abuse, Politics, religion, tobacco, illicit drugs and drug related products, slanderous content, promotion of racism, bigotry, and hatred.
  • Your videos should not contain content violating copyright, trademark or other IP rights of any other party, or privacy and publicity right of others.
  • Don't post any personal data of anyone (audience, users, employees of Alice Games) without their consent.
  • You should not engage in fraudulent activity that would increase or affect your number of viewers/subscribers;
  • Your videos/streams must not: provoke aggression, insult the honor and dignity of players, contain anti-advertising;
  • Videos/streams and channels must not contain ads for sellers of game currencies, pirate sites and other third-party projects;
  • Try not to use foul language while recording a video or stream. It's not forbidden, but it's also not welcome;
  • On videos/streams, you must not use third-party software and exploit bugs or hacks or recommend their use to your audience;
  • All streams must be recorded (you have to turn on the recording function on the Twitch channel);
  • Videos must be available to watch on all platforms, not just YouTube (you have to turn off YouTube view only feature);
  • Videos (YouTube) created during the affiliate program must be stored on the channel for at least a year;
  • You should comply with the rules of the social platform you are using to post your videos (YouTube, Twitch, etc.)
  • The administration of the program reserves the right to use the Darkest AFK related content that you created while participating in the affiliate program after its completion;
  • If at the end of the accounting month you have not fulfilled the conditions of the affiliate program, then you automatically become an inactive member of the program. Later, you may be denied restoration of the program participant status due to violations of cooperation in the past. To avoid such incidents, you should ping the community manager about the temporary or complete cessation of streaming or video publication;
  • If during your participation in the affiliate program you have increased your level of cooperation (for example, from “Apprentice” to “Adept”), then you need to ping the community manager about it to get a reward for a new level, not the previous one;
  • If you want to participate in the affiliate program as both a video maker and a streamer, be sure to notify the community manager. You need to discuss individual conditions of rewarding for participation in the affiliate program.

If a YouTuber/streamer is seen violating these rules, then cooperation with him will be terminated without the possibility of restoration of the status of an active participant. Also, the program administration has the right to change the current conditions of the affiliate program and reject applications, even if these violations were not noticed on your channel.

Additional Content Requirements for artists
  • You must be over 16 years;
  • You must have your own account on any platform (Pinterest, Instagram, Behance etc.);
  • You must include the full name of Darkest AFK in your art works titles and descriptions;
  • Your art works must be of high quality;
  • Your drawings must be your own original work;
  • Your drawings must not contain the following content: adult content (for example, nudity, depictions of sex, etc.), sexism, violence and abuse, Politics, religion, tobacco, illicit drugs and drug related products, slanderous content, promotion of racism, bigotry, and hatred.
  • Don’t post any personal data of anyone (audience, users, employees of Alice Games) without their consent.
  • Your drawings should not contain content violating copyright, trademark or other IP rights of any other party, or privacy and publicity right of others.
  • You should not engage in fraudulent activity that would increase or affect your number of subscribers;
  • Drawings must not contain ads for sellers of game currencies, pirate sites and other third-party projects;
  • Your drawings must not: provoke aggression, insult the honor and dignity of players, contain anti-advertising;
  • Your social networks must not contain ads for sellers of game currencies, pirate sites and other third-party projects;
  • You should comply with the rules of the social platform you are using to post your drawings (Pinterest, Instagram, Behance etc.)
  • Art works created during the affiliate program must be stored on Instagram or whatever platform you use for at least a year;
  • The administration of the program reserves the right to use the Darkest AFK related content that you created while participating in the affiliate program after its completion;
  • If at the end of the accounting month you have not fulfilled the conditions of the affiliate program, then you automatically become an inactive member of the program. Later, you may be denied restoration of the program participant status due to violations of cooperation in the past. To avoid such incidents, you should ping the community manager about the temporary or complete cessation of your art works publication;
  • If during your participation in the affiliate program you have increased your level of cooperation (for example, from “Apprentice” to “Adept”), then you need to ping the community manager about it to get a reward for a new level, not the previous one;

If an artist is seen violating these rules, then cooperation with him will be terminated without the possibility of restoration of the status of an active participant. Also, the program administration has the right to change the current conditions of the affiliate program and reject applications, even if these violations were not noticed on platforms you use.

Additional Content Requirements for fan page owners and authors
  • You must be over 16 years;
  • You must have your own account on any platform (Reddit, Facebook, Вконтакте etc.);
  • You must include the full name of Darkest AFK in your content titles and descriptions;
  • Your content must be your own original work;
  • Your content must contain at least 250 words;
  • Your content must be written without a lot of misspellings, punctuation errors, etc.
  • Your content must not contain the following content: adult content (for example, description of sex, etc.), sexism, violence and abuse, Politics, religion, tobacco, illicit drugs and drug related products, slanderous content, promotion of racism, bigotry, and hatred;
  • Don’t post any personal data of anyone (audience, users, employees of Alice Games) without their consent.
  • Your fan page should not contain content violating copyright, trademark or other IP rights of any other party, or privacy and publicity right of others.
  • You should not engage in fraudulent activity that would increase or affect your number of community members;
  • Your content must not contain ads for sellers of game currencies, pirate sites and other third-party projects;
  • Your content must not provoke aggression, insult the honor and dignity of players, contain anti-advertising;
  • Content created during the affiliate program must be stored on Reddit or whatever platform you are using for at least a year;
  • You should comply with the rules of the social platform you are using to post your content (Reddit, Facebook, Вконтакте etc.)
  • The administration of the program reserves the right to use the Darkest AFK related content that you created while participating in the affiliate program after its completion;
  • If at the end of the accounting month you have not fulfilled the conditions of the affiliate program, then you automatically become an inactive member of the program.
